I'm becoming really bored by this process. What else is there to observe really? I feel like a weirdo sitting in the back of the class watching students and teachers do work, while I try my best to look interested.
I sat in the music room all day today and watched students sing, play, rehearse, etc. All of this was really impressive, but still boring!
I hope Thursday gives me the opportunity to actually teach or maybe to start tutoring some students. How do you actually tutor someone regarding concepts in literature?

Patience my little grasshopper. It might not make sense or seem beneficial now but I'm sure you're getting more out of this observation period than you realize. Once you're leading the classroom more regularly I think you'll find yourself drawing from your experiences while you were observing, possibly unconsciously. Trust the process, your time will come soon enough.
